I am a creative project manager who fully believes in a hands on approach. I lead projects from initial conception, to defining budgets and action plans. I lead through the entire process from launch, to execution, through project close. I take full responsibility for day-to-day task management and workflow.

I have lead eight store renovations, one store consolidation, numerous store inventories, and multiple biannual receiving of international shipments during my work experience. I take responsibility for resource management, cost tracking, contractor scouting, graphic and interior design, location base, and logistics oversight.
